As Co-Founder, Matt is driven by a passion for helping customers, delivering results and has a desire to be the best version of himself to new and existing customers. Dedicated to building strong, meaningful and lasting relationships with customers, he will always look to go the extra mile!
Matt loves a complex deal, and also loves outside of work to go on holiday, score goals for his division 2 football team and claims not to be beat in a Maths Times Table Contest.
Joe
Joe is the co-founder of H2H Business Finance, bringing a wealth of experience and insight with over 10 years’ experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales. He is passionate about making finance simple, clear, and human — cutting through the jargon to help business owners find the funding that truly fits their needs.
When Joes not working with clients or developing new ways to support businesses, Joe enjoys trying to top his fantasy football league, spending time with his family and talking about when he used to be a pro golfer!

Cameron has financed all types of equipment, including Trucks, Trailers, Vans, Machinery, Office and Garage Equipment! A Lifelong Animal Lover, Cameron has especially enjoyed financing horseboxes for businesses. His friendly nature, positive attitude, and genuine care make him the right man to help with your finance needs.
Outside of work Cameron likes to talk about his time spent living in Bedfordshire, making a joke or two and going out and about socialising with friends.
Brad
Brad brings years of hands-on experience in the construction sector. His practical knowledge, problem-solving mindset and drive make him a great fit for those businesses in the construction sector looking for finance.
Outside of work Brad is a Tottenham fan, local pool team captain and claims to have a great taste in music.
